We will be closed on the following dates January 21, 2013 for Martin Luther King Day & March 29, 2013 for Good Friday.
Property taxes will be due on May 10 & November 12, 2013.
You can expect your new tax bill statements to arrive approximately by the end of March - first of April.
Payments can be made at the office, at Friendship State Bank (please bring tax bill with you when paying at the bank), or you can pay online using the link above thru GovPayNet.com. You will need the parcel ID# & the amount when paying and also our county code #7784 (which identifies our county). GovPayNet does charge a convenience fee for their service. They accept credit & debit cards. Credit cards will be charged a 2.50% of the amount of payment & debit cards are charged a flat $3.95. Also there is a Drop Box located at the front steps of the Courthouse. Payments can be mailed in with a self addressed stamped envelope to receive a stamped paid receipt. Make sure mailings are post marked by the due date to be considered ontime.
